What makes Small Group Training such a great option? 


I want to make my coaching accessible to more people by offering lots of different training options. It's no secret that 1-on-1 personal training provides the greatest level of attentiveness and customization, but Small Group Training has MANY benefits!


  • Personal Attention - With only 3-6 participants in a group, I am able to provide individualized coaching and support to each person.


  • More Economical - Many people find that SGT fits into their budget, while still providing them with the attention they require and need to reach their training and health goals.


  • Motivation - Having like-minded participants by your side can enhance your workout level.  You will be working alongside others who share the same fitness goals. You will not be alone on your training journey.


  • Adherence - The science doesn't lie! Working out in a group enhances accountability and the ability to create lasting healthy habits.


  • Fun - When you have a goal which is also shared amongst others, you are guaranteed to have fun and push through comfort levels together.


I take great pride in making sure that all my clients improve their functional movement patterns, i.e. squat, lunge, hinge (bend), push, pull,  carry, and rotation.  I will continue to educate you on how to move better to eradicate any nagging aches and pains that you may be struggling with on a day-to-day basis. 

 

Depending on the ability level and experience of the group I am working with, the sessions may include any of the following components: strength, endurance, HIIT/conditioning, speed, agility, core strength & stabilization, glute and hip development, mobility, and group appropriate plyometric type exercises for power and performance.

  • Skullhouse Gym/Studio (located at Front/Jarvis)
  • Virtually via video technology
