Technology has made it easier for me to connect with my clients on a personal level, no matter where they are in the world. I have created multiple ways to provide a top-quality coaching service to people, one of which is through Virtual Personal Training. With over 15 years of combined experience as both an athlete and a trainer, I deliver premium in-home personal training online. All you need to start your Virtual Training journey with me is a small amount of floor space, a laptop or mobile device with a screen, and an internet connection - I take care of the rest.
One of the things I take immense pride in is my unique and client-centric 5-STEP VIRTUAL TRAINING PROCESS. Below is an overview of how my training process works, and what to expect when you sign up for Online Virtual PT with me.

This is where your training goals will be established. Information gathering is such an integral part of my process and essential for me to develop a customized and goal specific training program for you. Once the document has been completed and all of your questions have been answered, you may now go ahead and schedule your first Virtual Training session.

The assessment will include some or all of the following; upper and lower body compound and single joint movements, spinal positioning and core stabilization exercises, postural analysis, along with any additional assessments I feel would be useful for a successful program design. During the assessment I will take notes that will help me to provide you with top-quality customized programming - nothing will be left to chance, your success is my priority.

I will offer suggestions for the best placement for your device within your workout area so that I can clearly observe you, making sure you get the most out of each session. I will coach you through your customized workout, ensuring your exercise technique is pristine. Together we will make sure the correct loads/weights are selected for each working set of each exercise you perform. Your customized training plan will be build around the equipment you have access to. As I modify your workouts to allow for continued progression and to avoid training plateaus, I may offer fitness equipment recommendations for you to purchase that work within your budget.
I am fully confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your results and the professional service that I will provide to you throughout our trainer/client relationship.
Many of my clients train with me virtually two-three times a week. To make sure you stay on track on the days you don't see me, I will provide you with homework (where applicable) to establish accountability. By committing to activities outside of your scheduled training sessions, it will make our sessions together more effective.
Your training goals are going to be the biggest determining factor when deciding how often to re-assess to ensure you stay on track. A typical timeframe between assessments is about 2-4 weeks.
