My seasonal Outdoor Group Training sessions run from early June - late October in the upper beaches area of Toronto, and require a minimum of 7 participants to go ahead. All fitness levels are welcome, as technical coaching and exercise modifications are given continually to customize each participants training experience.
I take great pride in making sure that everyone improves their functional movement patterns, i.e. squat, lunge, hinge (bend), push, pull, carry, and rotation.
The expectation of a "boot camp" style workout it to get your heart pumping, make you sweat, and challenge your muscles. My Outdoor Group Sessions cover all that, but more importantly, they will educate you on how to move better to eradicate any nagging aches and pains that you may be struggling with on a day-to-day basis.
Depending on the ability level and experience of the group I am working with, the sessions may include any of the following components: strength, endurance, HIIT/conditioning, speed, agility, core strength & stabilization, glute and hip development, mobility, and group appropriate plyometric type exercises for power and performance.
